My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The wall system was custom designed and built by me. Although it looks like a wall bed it is not, the bed is a stationary tempurpedic. there are also drawers under the bed for additional storage. Please contact me if you would like for me to design and build furniture or cabinetry. I'm based in Sacramento, CA. my email is sharpdesign1@gmail.com, phone is 916-677-9854
