The stainless back-splash is a custom install. You will have to find a local metal worker or cabinet maker who might know where to get stainless sheets. IKEA sells smaller sheets (or at least did at one point). You have to be aware that with stainless, you have to constantly wipe it down to remove spots and fingerprints. It holds up extremely well, but it is not maintenance free!

You can also consider using a laminate for the backsplash. Most of the laminate manufactures like Wilsonart, or Laminart have stainless looking finishes that would not have the issue of fingerprints. There are also other interesting looks that might inspire.
