Those are the male flowers. They are open only several hours, then drop off, ll on their own and without any help. Looks like they've been cut off!

"I have looked inside blooms and there is a baby squash."

The baby squash (ovary) of a female blossom isn't inside the bloom. The bloom is attached to the blossom end of the baby squash. Look at the base of the blossom (on the outside) and you will see the difference between males and females.

Be patient. Squash starts by producing an excess of male blossoms. Use those for squash blossom soup, stuffed squash blossoms or some other delicacy.
