Any ideas ?

I need ideas on what to do with this space. In the spring it's beautiful with spring bulbs. In the fall I have these mums, and even though I keep replanting 2 more, these are the only 2 that return. Any ideas for late spring, early fall planting? The space is about 3 feet deep and 16 feet long. Thanks so much.
