If your little grafts are just pushing out their first leaves, this is probably not the best time to transplant them. If you were somehow able to dump them out of the pots with the dirt and roots intact, it might be possible, but if you can't do that there would be substantial risk. A setback at this point, when they are out of dormancy, could be fatal to some of them at this point, though you would probably have some survivors.

It's a risk you don't have to take. Give them a season in their pots, and plant them out in late fall when they are in dormancy and the grafts are physically stronger. You won't lose much, if any development.
