besides paying someone else to do it... :) I need a better option for pole mounted fruit picking..

I have a lemon tree, I have it pruned to reasonable size.... right now I have the basket type picker where you get the fruit inside, and just pull it... however it leaves me lots of broken branches! I have seen the clip and pick

I want one that catches the fruit after I snip the little stem... the tree is on the fenceline, so laddering is tough.... and dangerous... that is why I am seeking a better pole mounted option! thanks for any suggestions!
