I'd like to try growing Pixie Crunch Apple here in zone 8 (Texas). Every description that I've seen of it says it's for zones 5-8.

I can't find out how many chill hours are needed to set fruit - does anyone know?

I'm already growing Anna and Dorsett Golden here with great success - great fruit and huge harvest, but I'd like to try this one out, too.
