My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It's from Fairhaven Furniture in New Haven, CT. I'm not sure if they sell online but if you are in the area it is a great store!

    What sheen paint are the walls and ceiling? Flat? Eggshell?

    They are both a satin finish - the ceiling is the same color as the wall.
