Did you put dry concrete mix in, then wet it down and set the stones in? I'm just assuming that's what you mean by "dry mix mower strip." It looks great!

Ratherbegardening, no, no water at all til all stones were set on/in
the dry mix. There are more detailed descriptions somewhere in the
discussions forum.

I LOVE the look of these mower stips, have they held up well? Am thinking of trying to do the same thing.
