If you just purchased them they were probably indoors at the store or nursery and so the bloom times will be off this year. Technically its best to pinch off the flower buds for the first two years anyways. Growth needs to be invested in the roots and leaves before the plants starts fruiting. Once established they should bloom more closely. Adding a third variety will most likely guarantee adequate pollination.

Even so I hate buying things that need to be cross pollinated. I purchased two mature Asian Pears that needed to pollinate each other once. After five years of their flowering times not overlapping and no fruit I pulled them both.
