I'm not sure why they have it set up this way but you can post a link with a little "go around" to it. I'm doing it here to be sure it still works.

After typing your initial message, go into "Preview Message" (no option to that).

Next Page: BELOW the "Submit" button, you'll see

"You may use this form to make corrections:"

which is an area to edit your message and BELOW that will be some areas below that to type in your URL and it's title. Preview and Submit from there...

Strange setup, I know.
