Hi everyone,

I was just wonder if anyone could tell me if i have to blister all peppers before canning(preserving) or is it just the jalepenos that have to be blistered? (I am going to be canning anahiems and yellow banana peppers and jalepeno)any advice would be greatly appreciated since i've already picked all these out of the garden and need to get started ASAP.... TIA
