Considering all the QuikWall and ferrocement posts you should try the technique on a cornucopia.
If anyone could do this justice it's you.

Maybe a Party Store would have a cheap plastic mold of one that would work.

Chicken wire and sticky drywall tape is easy to use. The chicken wire molds nicely, but wear gloves.

My local Lowes has Quickwall, I have some basket varieties
to build over and re-shape a bit.
I want to make one of those tacky displays with a big dense spill of flowers
for a surprise as you round a Pine on the way to the pond.

I'm just feeling lazy, parboiled and overscheduled, eeep.

Weather cooling off a bit too, shaping up to a good fall for concrete.

Cornucopias being a somewhat mythical object, there's a lot of freedom
in the interpretation. I'm leaning toward fat, twisted and baroque,
probably painted too.
Is that your piece, or did you find it online?
