Oh, no wait - scratch that. Not sure if it is mosaic virus or bacterial wilt. I know I definitely saw a few cucumber beetles so I figure it is one or the other. Will take pics today and try to post them later. So I guess my question is how bad was it if I ate them with either of those diseases.

It's not a problem. The diseases only harm plants, and are specialized in that they usually only infect specific plants.

possibly they are attacked by POWDER MLDEW. That is a Strong possibility, as can be seen on the pictures. Maybe there are other causes beside the PM too.

I swear from the pics I'm seeing on google it appears that my plant had bacterial wilt (shriveled leaves) mosaic virus (yellow spots) AND powdery mildew (greyish white on leaves). Is that even posssible?? Gah.

Speaking of odd cucumbers, I was shocked to see these growing on the vine instead of green cucumbers. I looked all over the internet to see what they were.
