Hello All,

I purchased 6 bench grafts from maplevalley orchards this spring, and surprisingly all 6 appear to have "taken" with currently about 6" - 8" of growth. However within the last week I have noticed that on one of the grafts (Calville blanc d'hiver) the existing leaves have started to wilt, and the new growth is wilting with a velvet type texture, darkening around the edges. The grafts are all on Bud 9 roots and potted in a standard peat based potting soil (my intention to replant next spring in a permanent location). Has anyone experienced similar symptoms and are there any actions that can be taken to save the graft?
