Help identify Snake plant tree like thing

I was at Sears and saw a fake plant in their home and garden area. It looks like a small tree trunk with tall leaves coming out. Imagine a tall snake plant that is softer so it spreads slightly out the top. The leaves are coming directly out of the trunk, as if you sawed it off and attached them there.

What is it?
