Our non-edible cherry tree is really looking bad. The leaves are wilted, some have dropped completely off. The cherries it produces are very sour; the tree is actually grafted and has two different color blossoms on it in the spring. It's about 25 years old, and we really don't want to lose it.

Can anyone tell by the photos what's going on with it and if we can save it? Thanks.
