Spring 08 so far

It's been too cold to plant so I have been moving my junk around here and there. Here is one part of the back garden so far. Still stuff in the shed to come out.

It's hard to believe, but here in Indiana we have frost warnings for tonight.....YIKES! Damn global warming....

It has gotten pretty chilly here in Wisconsin too! It looks like you have some cool stuff there. Your scarecrow reminded me of a yard I saw yesterday that was just full of them. They were even in the trees!

It looks wonderful soo far. Keep the pictures comming. It's been wonderful here in N.C. Warm during the days low 80's and down to the low 50's at night. That will soon end as summer comes on but it's been a wonderful spring.

What do you do with the big bottle, or is itjust for beauty?
PS low 40s at night here in NH, up to low 70s some days if we are lucky.

Wow some of you are really getting warm weather! I don't think I could take that either so early. I grabbed the big bottle at a yard sale for $2. I have always wanted to drill the bottom, run a clear hose through it and use it to spill water into my small pond. But I am afraid to try and drill it. So for now it sits and looks pretty. The scarecrow was Free! My brother saw it out front of a home set out for garbage so he grabbed it and brought it over.
Today,(holiday Monday, Victoria Day) is very sunny but chilly. The wind is right out of the North. Brrrrr, I need socks on!

Your garden area looks fantastic. I love the super green grass - considering I burnt my own lawn in spots with the fertilizer. Not LOL, it looks like crap. I know it will come back in a few weeks, I just can't believe I did that.

Very nice, Mush. Your hostas and ferns look about the same size as mine here in Iowa...yes, it's been a cold Spring! But, whoa, those 100+ don't sound so great either! Love summer! Jeanne S.
