That's a sweet hat! We're very much alike, I have some hats outside, too! I have some white iron chairs with plants in them, somehow there's morning glories growing in them. Must have come from last years flowers when the chair was in the backyard :)

Very cute. The hat is a nice finishing touch to that setting.
It seems to me that the key to a really great display is in knowing when to quit... and when to keep adding items of interest.
We have a gentleman in town who seems to have the perfect knack for this. He often brings out a chair, side table, and cool drink to sit on his lawn and watch traffic go by. On his table there's usually a bright red geranium plant. That plant is just perfect there... It's so bright you can't possibly miss it, and those of us who know him, and that this is all just his relaxation time... and will all be put away before the end of the day can't help but smile at the little extra touch.
Your hat is like that. Just the touch it needed.

I love it, and I love how it's planted. How did you do it?
Now, I never thought this looking at anyone else's, but when I planted a pot that I put in the chair, the first thing I though was that it looked like a bedside commode! I figured it was just me, until the DH saw it and said, "Oh, look...a blooming potty chair!" Took it out and now I'm hoping the flowers grow up and over the seat (I put the chair over the pot.)

I never thought about adding a hat. Super idea!!

Very nice, love that green color against the white. It's so summery!

What a great accessory! I'm gonna have to remember that!

Thanks for all the compliments everyone.

The hat is darling, perfect touch.
Nana, love the story about the gentleman who sits out.
