Pruning for deer damage

Hello all,

Name is Peter. My 3-year old orchard of little fruit trees was recently chomped by a very hungry new mom deer. Little branch damage, but heavy leaf denuding. 2) plums, 2) cherries, 2)peaches, 10) apples

Question: is there any special pruning advice to prepare these nibbled trees for a healthy future? The apples seem to want to send out new leaves. The Lapin sweet cherry (had been my pride and joy) was completely denuded and just wants to sit there. The branches are turning green but no new leaf growth.

Thanks in advance for any help.
