I have a leftover bag (about two seasons old but kept dry) of 28-0-4 fert with weed 2,4-D-2 ethylhexyl ester 1.108 % Mecoprop acid 0.167% and dicamba acid 0.071%.

Will this work for my first application this year science it has pre-emergent?
