How about getting blinds that rise from the bottom of the window upwards so that you can enjoy the sky while soaking in the tub

Try shutters , so u dont cover your window....

Block glass will let the sun shine in without anyone seeing in or out. Window tinting will allow you to see out during the day and it looks like a mirror to those outside. Have some covering at night, though, or it will be like a fishbowl. I like plantation shutters, they're so easy to open and close but are a great look.

I agree with Feeny - glass block bath windows add privacy and still get the light into the space. The other option would be acrylic block windows - the glass blocks will usually cost less - but there are acrylic block windows that are operable. you can frost just the bottom part of it, even doing an interesting design in it if you like, and leave the top clear, if possible because of its proximity. otherwise you can get a fully frosted window. it's not like you will need to look out ever. and if you do, you can open the window. ;)
glass blocks are a very specific taste, so if you don't like that, the frosted glass works. also, some glass blocks claim to be opaque, but are not, so you would want to be sure if you don't want to give your neighbours a show each morning.

I usually install remote control blinds in the window over a big tub. I do the top-down version, so you can let in light from above without sacrificing privacy, and having it on a remote means you don't have to constantly climb into the tb to operate the blind.
They can be battery operated (take about 15 AA batteries to operate a typical blind,) so you won't need a power source by the window.
I prefer this to glass block, as glass block may give the neighbors quite a show as you stand in the tub and have your body silhouetted against the glass block!
