What area of the country are you in? Most all blueberry problems are the direct result of the PH being too high. The high PH stresses the plant and they fall to disease. Get a soil test done from your local extension office and go from there. If you don't want to do that buy some pelleted sulfur and peat and start with that. Save your coffee grounds as BB love it and it is very acid.

Sorry they are.....if you look on the net you will find some sites say they are very acid....other sites will say they are neutral. Instead of parroting what others say try it for yourself. If you are a coffee drinker save your grounds add some water let it sit for a week and put a PH test strip in it. You will find as I did that the grounds will show a PH of just over 5. My tap water is 8.2 on the same strips. Brewed coffee will also be a 5.

It sounds like a pest of some sort, a planthopper or leafhopper kind of thing. They put out this white cottony gunk all over. Look for little hopping bugs on it (you need to slowly move up to it before they all hop off).
