It is a 24" x 12" tile. It is not intended (meaning shape) to look like wood. However, we did want the color to be similar to to flow from one room to another. Risky I know, but it looked great when we were done. We also used similar color grout (to the tile) using 1/8" lines.

Thank you! This is exactly what I have in mind for my kitchen/living room area so it is great to actually see a picture! Why is it "risky' to do this? Also, Is the tile a solid brown or does it have some variety? Any specific name for the tile? Thank you again for the reply!
