The Avocado Diet program:

As the title suggests, the avocado diet program concentrates on eating avocados. This really is beneficial, considering that the avocado can be a scrumptious, smooth textured fruit providing you healthy nourishment. Without a doubt, the avocado is really a fruit, not a vegetable as some may believe. Sure, I love the avocado but you have to consider the avocado diet ... I love the avocado grilled slightly. Don't keep avocados in the freezer.
