Don't have a site but stone fruit in containers take very little pruning. Just a balancing cut or two once or twice a year. The container size and watering schedule control growth and tree size.

Every few years when you repot, do a major cutting back to balance roots and top but mostly to force new fruiting wood.

If you haven't tried this yet you will be amazed how little pruning is needed. Most people visualize a full size tree in a little pot. That doesn't happen even on standard rootstocks.
