Container Blueberry plant Ph problem

Hi,

I just bought my first blueberry plants about 2 months ago. I followed instructions on the web for planting them in acidic soil (1/2 peat moss and 1/2 EB stone acid loving plant potting mix, handful of soil sulfur).

At the time of planting I was at a ph of 5.5 according to my soil meter. Unfortunately since then I have been watering rather heavily and my pH has now crept up to 7. I suspect the excessive watering may have thrown the ph off.

Is there anything I can do about this? Do I need to re-pot? Will more soil sulfur have any effect? Or should I try adding some organic cotton seed fertilizer (which I am told is acidifying).
