I believe the light lavender flower just behind the chive is catmint. I grow a lot of it and it is stunning all summer. Very easy to grow. Make sure if you buy it, it is cat MINT not cat NIP.

Are these plants low water tolerant? Can they be in sun all day?

Yes to both, ddrangel. Except the light green plant, as far as I can see from the photo, looks like lady's mantle, which appreciates some afternoon shade.

Hi there--we used turfgrass between the joints. Super easy to maintain. Everything else has been covered above--thanks!

This is a such a stunning example of a well planned gardening design, made to look soft and natural, like its been there forever. The gentle meandering curve of the stone pathway framed by the perfect plant selection and color contrast used by the designer showcases his/her skill.

Who wouldn't want such a charming yard? Well done!
