I'm afraid I have no idea about Charleston style, but what I'd recommend is going around the nicest neighbourhoods there with homes that you admire, and make note of and photograph the colour schemes that appeal to you. If you post a photo with the perfect colour scheme, then I would be happy to "translate" the photo into actual paint colours and manufacturer. Hope this helps.
