Recent Oregon M.S. thesis - turkey feed

For those of you interested in organic poultry growing, you may find the linked to below recent M.S. thesis of interest.

From Abstract: "In recent years, small poultry producers have been interested in finding an alternative for corn and soybean for a variety of reasons. Health concerns related to either naturally occurring isoflavones (phytoestrogens) or their genetically modified organism (GMO) status are the primary considerations behind this trend."

If you are interested in what the author has to say about GMOs, I recommend using your PDF Find command with the keyword GMO (I state author, but please keep in mind that an M.S. thesis has to be approved by the advisor).
