Can you tell us a bit about the culture you're providing?

I have them hanging in a mango tree where they get morning light.They are watered when it rains and when I can shower them with the hose.I sometimes forget them up in the tree so they have been neglected some.I fertilize every 2 to 3 months with Miracle Grow and spray for pests as needed.

It needs only one thing, water, water and more water. They need to be watered every day.

I note that in your first photo you have a basal keiki. Not sure what killed mama but you've been graced with a second chance.

I'm hoping someone will speak to to the purple on the leaves of the first photo, not sure if this is just the purple suntan from adequate light or hyper pigmentation from flower color

Bob is right, water more! You should be watering daily minimum, summer probably more. Vandaceous plants are VERY hungry. You need to fertilize far more often. Once a week at least.

Thanks so much for your advice. I will be more diligent in watering and fertilizing.
They are beautiful orchids when in bloom and I don't want to lose them.In this forum

I think if you can't water it frequently, you should try attaching it to the tree trunk
