Phal showing a third spike

About 6 or 8 weeks ago, i notice 2 spikes appearing, after I tried forcing it to bloom again...fine, i was rewarded...now as i was doing my weekly watering, i just noticed a new third spike...is this normal? Who knows I may have discovered a Phal that may continually spike..LOL

Where is the spike coming from? The base of the plant?
From a node on a cut off spike ? or from a naturally branching spike?

The third one is from the base...this may go on and on...

Correction sorry it is coming from the very top leaves...does that make a difference and if so why? The circle area i made is where the new spike coming from..

Seems normal to me. You have a happy and healthy orchid. Phael. type orchids do bloom frequently throughout the year.
