Perhaps not the best choice. Standard fish emulsion is weighted heavier on the nitrogen end of the nutrient spectrum which could encourage leafy growth at the expense of flowers. Alaska Fish makes a formulation that addresses this - Mor-Bloom, 0-10-10.
