Bacillus thuringiensis or BT. It's a bacteria that kills caterpillars and it comes as a spray or a powder.

Bt is very effective on cats that are half grown or less.
So, you'll need to search-and-destroy the larger ones.

And because none of your attacked crops need to be pollinated, you can use row cover now, as long as you lift the cover to search-and-destroy the larger ones every day until they're gone.
Next season, put it on very loosely when you seed/transplant.

A thorough blasting from the hose will also help, especially if you can get under the leaves.

Thanks! Just tried the hose, and that did help some. Also tried a garlic and chili powder mixture since I had that in the house and haven't been out to get the BT yet. And that seems to have chased them off a little as well.
