My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Gray leaved desirable?

Western MA.zone 5B/5A ... This fuzzy grayish-green leafed plant has sprouted on a sunny hillside. About 12" tall now, no flowers yet. Looks somewhat like ONE snow-in-summer I saw online (but not most of them) but not exactly. Seems to have spread over a 10' area, no distinct clumps, rather random.

Any tips welcome!
