Dendrobium yellow leaf tips

I have a cane Dendrobium Burana White X Madame Vipa potted in lava rock in an east facing window. I just noticed that the tips of all its leaves are tuning yellowish and wonder if it's a mineral deficiency, disease, or pest. I water it weekly and fertilize it weakly weekly with water soluable Miracle Grow. Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated...Thanks.

Ive heard that lightening in plant leaf color usually means too much light?? Perhaps if the tips of the leaves are touching the window they could be getting burned. Try moving the plant back a little bit. If this doesn't work then the next step is to suspect over/under watering and then mineral deficiencies etc...
