Orchid Over Fertilized

Dang, I accidentally over-fertilized my first two moth orchids. I rinsed off the soil and roots afterwords, but one is showing signs of burn. I have attached the photos of the one showing a negative reaction on its new leaf (one is fine, it is not currently blooming and has no new leaf at the moment). The damaged one has brown spots on its new growth that I expect to be fertilizer burn, and the orchid has dropped its flowers.

What can I do about the burned leaf? Should I chop it off?

Will this orchid make it? I plan on moving the two to larger pots in the near future.
