Not sure I understand but if you are looking to include the sink and stove in the island, it will depend on th size of sink and stove. But if you assume 3' for each of those two items, that means a good island size will be 9-12' wide (if you use a standard rectangular configuration). A table area can be attached onto the front or side depending on your layout, so I would add a minimum of 3' for that (which is a small table) if you do it lengthwise. If you add onto the front by dropping down a level you could just go across the length of the island with 18-20" depth for placing your plates. But that's more of a "bar" configuration vs. a table.
