My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Name That Plant!
fighting8r

what is it?

They're very common but I do not know their name. The leaf resembles an elephant ear but one that is shredded, and almost looks more like a palm frond. The plant has a woody base and sometimes has "legs" coming out around the bottom. I know you know! thanks!
