50F is the accepted low limit temp for water given to orchids. 60F is probably better for them and less stressfull.

I read somewhere that as long as the water temp isn't more than about 15-20 degrees F., above or below the ambient air temp, the orchids will be fine. It is amazing how cold the water may feel to us, at 99 degree body temp. But to the plant that is at say...65 degrees, 55 degree water isn't such a shock.

I emailed Ecugenera to see if they know what temperature their rain water is and this is the response I got:

the water that we gat from rain, in the sierra region ,it´s mean from 1.500 to 2.800m it,s 14 degrees. and the cost region it,s mean from sea level to 1.500m it,s 22 degrees I hope that these information can serve you.
