My final solution was to build a skippy filter. Prior to that LOTS of plants - floating and oxygenating - as well as MicrobLift were what I used but they didn't always work as well as I wanted. The skippy filter did, though it took about 4 weeks before the pond was really clear.

I included a link for the posting I did on the construction of the skippy filter. If you do a Google on Skippy Filter you will find a number of sites that have info. The one thing I would do differently (and plan to change this year) is to have a spillway instead of the pipe outflow.

Most ponders have a favorite solution so, hopefully, others will offer theirs. I am always interested to see and hear what others are doing.
