I snapped up his wine-spotted mini Phal for $5 at the sunday market. It had a lot of flowers on it at the time but was growing in spagnum moss, so i moved it to a good pinebark mix and a few blooms subsequently dropped off.

I was fine with that, but one of the two remaining blooms has a strange disfigurement. Any ideas what this is? Possibly some kind of fertiliser burn?

The leaves are "tanned" red from bright light but are otehrwise clean and healthy.
