I am not sure about stepping the waterfall since we had already cut out the slope. It's pretty steep. I thought about just creating a "run-off" with smaller rocks. My DH thinks the slope is too steep and will wash the rocks off. I thought maybe I could put liquid rubber or silicone on the liner and get the rocks to stick but he said that it wouldn't hold the rocks on. Any ideas on this? Thanks!
