I'm not sure what your point is, Ink. This is my favorite forum, even though I'm not a professional and I don't feel qualified to answer most of the technical questions. What I do enjoy is looking at pictures of other people's stone projects. I've tried to contribute to this forum as much as possible by posting pictures of my own projects, such as last summer's posts documenting my process of creating a fire pit and patio behind my house. Do you have some photos to contribute, Ink? I'd love to see them.

I didn't realize you still came to this website. I haven't seen a post from you in a while. I discovered your blog last summer and have looked at it several times. I'm still in awe of the scale of your projects.

My fire pit and patio are almost done, but I couldn't get the flagstone I needed last summer. I just got word that they reopened the quarry a week ago, so hopefully I can get some stone soon and get back to work.
