How does one get a floor like this one? Does it come in sheet form?

Looks similar to mine, which is Mannington Slate but in tans. It is a sheet. Everyone always mistakes it for real tile!

Actually its not a sheet vinyl. These are porcelain tiles. The colors are Prairie Collection, Verde Fiorestra and Jungla, set in a random mix.
