Need insight to fertilizer & soil Ph please

I'm used to using Dr. Earth Life for everything but wonder if it is enough. Some of the plants call for a larger NPK whereas Dr. Earth is only 5-5-5.

Also I had a soil ph test done 3 years ago, results were heavy clay with ph of 7.75. Ammendments followed and last test was clay-loam with ph of 6.4. Our Grange suggested adding soil sulfer around Dogwood - a partial list of plants follow and I'm just now looking up ph requirements. Any suggestions?

Don't know why nobody had anything to say. I've been gardening for a long time, but have never done a soil test, so no info to share. There is a soil forum...

Thanks purpleinopp. I had an arborist come to the house and he told what I needed to know.
