Miracle Gro Tomato for flowers?

Hi there! I have some left over Miracle Gro tomato fertilizer and not growing tomatoes this year, so I thought I'd use it up. I'm wondering if it is okay to use on flowering plants. I have impatiens, lantana, regular rose in a container and a desert rose.
