I couldnt find the other post so heres my answer hope it doesnt conflict with the others given if there are duplicate post.

There is alot of fertilizers out there its kinda confusing. Always look at the 3 numbers of the fertilizer.

First number is the leaves
Second are the blooms or fruit
Third are the roots

If I am not mistaken most fertilizers are 30-15-15. Which is a good general fertilizer. Helps encourage leaves which with out the leaves your fruit or blooms will be low. So first few years till your leaf production is good that would be a great one to go with. After your leaf production is up you can switch and go with a 15-30-15, I wouldnt recommend doing that all in the same season. Like say one year try the first then the next year if leaf production is good then try the next one.

Never used that in paticular product but I always go by the numbers to me one is just as good as the other as long as the numbers are there.
