Non flowering trees!

I live in Massachusetts.

My minature Japanese cherry tree hasnt bloomed in years.

My new Italian plum tree didnt bloom this year.

My old fuschia went directly to green this year. No yellow!

Am I pruning at the wrong time. What can I do or what should I stop doing. I did prune pretty late last year. Should that even effect the Fuschia?

Why are you pruning trees every year? What is a fuschia tree? Besides a large fuschia pruned to tree form, but that wouldn't live in Massachusettes.
The new Italian plum might bloom next year...if you don't cut off the branches that would bloom.
You might have planted things that are too tender for your zone and late freezes destroy the flowers.
