How to find or repair a troy-built reverse disc?

I purchased a Troy-Bilt junior tiller in 1982 which still works well, however, the reverse disc is starting to show cracking and wear in the rubber. Since Troy-Bilt changed hands, they no longer have the part I described. Is there any way to find the part or have it repaired?

I bought a new disc and belts for Troy-bilt tillers, just this past summer! 4 days from day of orderring, in my hands! My supplier has never failed to find what i order! Maybe i'm just lucky??
